RESOURCE PACK

Once you register we will send you a complete resource pack to help ensure you won't be pulling out your hair on BAD HAIR DAY!

Each pack contains the following: -

bullet

2 x A4 Promotional posters about Bad Hair Day for you to personalise and use to advertise the event to your pupils.

bullet

General information about Eden House - what it is about and what the Children's Hospice offer's parents and families that use it.

bullet

Hair Facts - A fun and interesting fact sheet about hair for teachers to use.

bullet

Parents/Guardians letters for each pupil* to take home explaining what you are doing and obtaining parental consent and also space for the child to obtain donations from family members.

bullet

Donation Envelopes for each pupil* to use to take home to collect their donations.

* the number supplied will be based on the number you indicate will be taking part in BHD on your registration form.

Also Available:
We are in the process of preparing a new DVD about Eden House, what we do and why (we hope to have this available by next year).

bullet

In the meantime we have a special power point presentation which consists of a virtual tour of the new children’s hospice and some slides that can be used to accompany a lesson.

bullet

Joe Jigsaw (the Jigsaw Appeal mascot) is still available as a fun mascot to meet the boys and girls. If you would like a visit from Joe please indicate this on the registration form.

bullet

We are also able to provide a member of staff/volunteers from the hospice who are able to give a presentation about the new hospice to the children. (In some cases this may be one of the nurses from the hospice).
